Batı Karadeniz’in doğusunda (Bartın-Kastamonu) rüzgarın, bugün (Pazar) öğle saatlerinden itibaren doğu ve kuzeydoğudan 6 ila 8 kuvvetinde (50-75 km/saat) fırtına şeklinde eseceği tahmin ediliyor. Fırtınanın, akşam saatlerinden sonra etkisini kaybetmesi beklenmektedir.
