Elsa Kasırgası Windward Adası'na veya Leeward Adaları'na doğru ilerliyor

Tropik Fırtına Elsa'nın merkezi, 13.1 Kuzey enlemi, 60.1 Batı boylamı yakınında bulunuyordu . Sistem batı-kuzeybatıya doğru 24 knot (28 mph) civarında hareket ediyor ve bu hareketin önümüzdeki birkaç gün boyunca olması bekleniyor.
Elsa, Windward Adaları'nın veya güney Leeward Adaları'nın yakınından veya üzerinden geçecek , bugün geç saatlerde ve bu gece doğu Karayip Denizi'ni geçecek ve Cumartesi günü Hispaniola'nın güney kıyısına yakın hareket edecek**. Elsa'nın Pazar gününe kadar Jamaika ve doğu Küba'nın bazı bölgelerine taşınması bekleniyor .
Maksimum sürekli rüzgarlar, daha yüksek rüzgarlarla 65 knot'a (75 mph) yükseldi .
