Yapılan son değerlendirmelere göre; bu gece saatlerinden itibaren Orta ve Doğu Karadeniz'de (Samsun'un doğusu, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, Gümüşhane ve Artvin) kuvvetli ve çok kuvvetli (21-75 kg/m2) sağanak ve gök gürültülü sağanak, bu illerimizin 1100-1200 metre üzeri yüksek kesimlerinde kuvvetli ve yer yer yoğun kar yağışı bekleniyor. Kuvvetli yağışlarla birlikte ulaşımda aksamalar, sel, su baskını, heyelan, yükseklerde buzlanma ve don gibi olumsuzluklara karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunmalıdır.
