Tahmin ve uyarılarımız doğrultusunda Samsun çevrelerinde beklediğimiz çok kuvvetli sağanak ve gök gürültülü sağanak yağışlar miktar olarak Çarşamba’da 66 kg/m2, Salıpazarı/Düzdağ Mevkii’nde 46 kg/m2, Radar Sahası 36 kg/m2, Salıpazarı 34 kg/m2 ‘ ye ulaşmıştır. Yağışların etkisini devam ettirerek yer yer aşırı (100 kg/m2 ve üzeri) olması beklendiğinden yaşanabilecek olumsuzluklara (sel, su baskını, heyelan vb.) karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunması gerekmektedir.
