Tufanbeyli'nin bağlı Evci köyünde vasak donarak ölmüş bulundu.
Tufanbeyli'de Ağır kış şartlarının etkili olduğu bugünlerde, Evci Köyü sakinlerinden Köksal Kuş, köy arazisinde donmuş olarak VAŞAK ölüsünü buldu. Köy'de kar kalınlığının 1 metre olduğunu ve vaşağın tahminen açlıktan ve soğuktan donarak öldüğü tahmin ediliyor.
Vaşak, kedigiller (Felidae) familyasından Lynx cinsini oluşturan orta büyüklükte etçil omurgalı ve yabani hayvan türlerinin ortak adı olarak biliniyor ve nesli tükenmekte olan hayvanlar arasında bulunuyor.
