Batı ve iç bölgeler ,İstanbul o kadar yağışa ihtiyacı var ki dolu dolu bir kar yağışlı sistem gelse bu bölgeler için harika olur. Tahminlerde ay sonuna vurgu yapılıyordu. Ancak dün ve bugünkü senaryolara baktığımızda ay sonu biz sanki ülke olarak devre dışı kalıyoruz gibi. Bu durumda umutlar Şubat ortalarına kalmış olacak. Yani Şubat başı bir 10-15 gün gidiyor gibi.
