Yapılan son değerlendirmelere göre; Marmara'nın doğusu ile Batı Karadeniz'de bu akşam saatlerinden sonra etkisini kaybedecek olan yağışların, yarın (Perşembe) sabah saatlerinden itibaren tekrar etkili olmaya başlayarak Kocaeli'nin kuzeydoğusu, Sakarya'nın kuzeyi ile Düzce, Zonguldak ve Bartın'ın kıyı kesimlerinde kuvvetli kar (10-20 cm) şeklinde akşam saatlerine kadar kuvvetli olması beklendiğinden başta buzlanma ve don olayına bağlı ulaşımda aksamalar ve tipi gibi olumsuzluklara karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunması gerekmektedir.
