Boşuna yazmadık veriler bölümüne bir durum olsa idi üzerine düşerdik. Şimdi çoğu insanda şöyle bir algı olacak hocam Şubat sonu zaten kış bitmiş oluyor ne bekleyeceğiz ne gelecek ki? Evet kıyı mega kentler için durum sıcaklık konusundan sıkıntıli olsada sistemin gücünü şimdiden kestirme şansımız yok. Neden bir 4 Mart -14 Mart 1987 sistemi olmasın!..
